Tsaocaa Bubble Tea & Fried Chicken

Tsaocaa Bubble Tea & Fried Chicken combines authentic Taiwanese tea mastery with the culturally rich flavors of Korean and Taiwanese street food. Established as a bustling chain beloved in the suburbs, Tsaocaa has become a favorite gathering place for families and young people seeking quality bubble tea and comforting fried favorites.

Our signature drinks are brewed with precision: 500ml or 700ml cups contain single-use premium tea bags that guarantee freshness and potent flavors in each serving. This approach respects the traditional brewing methods and elevates every sip to an aromatic journey. The menu celebrates variety, from creamy Milk Foam teas to fruity concoctions crowned with fresh fruit toppings and customizable sweetness.

Food offerings complement our beverages perfectly. The fried chicken wings feature a soy garlic seasoning distinct from typical sweet versions, offering a tangy, savory profile that's tender and crunchy. Popcorn chicken strikes a balance between Taiwanese light starch crust and American panko crunch, freshly fried and seasoned to order. For a hearty meal, try our new braised beef noodles or crispy pork cutlet rice, reflecting home-cooked Asian comfort food at affordable prices.

Tsaocaa also fosters a community spirit. Customers enjoy perks like collectible toys earned through loyalty programs and a welcoming dining environment that features accessibility for all guests. Our prime location near retail hubs like H-Mart and Daiso makes us a convenient stop for a flavorful break. Open daily from 11 AM to 10 or 11 PM on weekends, we accommodate your schedule whether you seek a quick refreshment or a satisfying meal. Come taste why Tsaocaa has won hearts across the Niles community and beyond.

What Clients Say

Yummy flavors and Taiwanese style fluffy and soft tiny shaved ice which was so good and melted in my mouth. They have added injeolmi (Korean bean nutty based powder) bingsu with fruit like strawberries or melon or mango. But there was so little injeolmi powder and after seeing pics of some other reviews I thought they definitely did not put enough for a regular sized bingsu for $12.95. They have good customizable bubble teas about $6.50 as a base then the upcharge for bubbles or popping or crystal etc. They have a good variety of bubbles and all good and up charges of like $0,75. They also sell corn dogs and Korean style chicken. Seating indoors and it's warm inside. They have toys gifts for points earned when you put your phone number in. So add your number when you order. You can order at the front or the kiosk. They had 80s music on on 3-22-25 and it was nice. This is a Chain store.

July 2025: Honeydew bingsu - soooo yummy! 😋 October 2024 Mango bingsu- shave ice 😋 2022: Grand opening 💕 our new fav place! 😂 The peach fruit milk tea even without sugar was amazing with the fruit topping and crystal jellies. The peach oolong tea is different milk tea. No fruit topping so sweetness is necessary albeit at 30% is sufficient. Osmanthus milk tea also stellar Rose oolong’s tea flavor is awesome. The king of oolong was pretty yum The brown sugar was quite sweet but gorgeous to behold. The wings are perfectly crispy and the soy garlic minus the sugar of BonChon but the coating is yum. The secret sauce is a bit more tangier. The garlic soy is literal. 😂 Hard to go wrong with the well fried and better quality of wings than most places. Popcorn chicken is the middle between Taiwan night market light potato starched and the panko crust of Americanized versions. The seasoning can be uneven at times. A bit pricey at $11.95 for a snack but if you go at opening the oil is fresher so it is better crisp . Egg waffle: they got the batter formula right, now the temperature control can be tricky. We prefer crisper texture but the sweetness of the original was pretty perfect. The pink velvet waffle is a bit sweeter and tastier 😆 Well done 👍

This Tsaocaa location is usually my go-to bubble tea and bingsoo place for the suburbs! I love their avocado coconut slush and other milk tea variations. The big mango bingsoo was very satisfying with multiple layers of surprise. The mango bits were nice and big and surprisingly fresh and delicious! I always visit when I come to H-mart or Daiso (newly opened)! This plaza has plenty of parking in the lot!

Tea was delicious. And the packaging is very nice. Had the strawberry bingsu with the shredded milk ice and OMG it was so good. They even have a kiosk for ordering. Great place to visit after going to the King Spa.
